Representatives of internet-projects, investment companies, venture funds, private investors and other guests are welcome to participated in ELBA Forum.

Services for the participants include both free services and payable services.

Representatives of Internet-Projects are entitled to participate in the Forum for free.

Upon confirmation of the registration, a project representative is entitled to:

• qualify for a Plyuschev Prize competitive selection;
• take part in the Conference, master-classes, and round tables;
• Conference Kit;
• a transfer from Moscow to the Forum venue and back;
• to deliver a presentation of the project (10 minutes) on Day 2 of the Forum (for Prize winners only);
• Place the logo of the project site (standard box)

The second and subsequent representatives of the project shall pay EUR 100 Registration Fee.

The fees for the project display space (EUR 70 for two days) and the 15-minute presentation (EUR 70) are payable extra at the participant's discretion.

Representatives of Investment Companies, Venture Funds, Private Investors shall pay the Registration Fee, which includes:

• the right to participate in all Forum events as listeners:
  • Conference;
  • awarding ceremony;
  • master-classes;
  • round tables;
  • presentations;
  • participation in the Start-Up Project Exhibition.
• VIP Conference Kit; 
• access to the Forum project data base;
• workplace for communication with projects' representatives;
• possibility to preliminary plan the negotiations;
• coffee-breaks and lunches;
• gala reception;
• transfer from Moscow to the Forum and back.

Registration Fee is EUR 1500, the second and subsequent representatives of the company are entitled to 10% discount.

Guests  shall pay the Registration Fee and entitled to:

• participate in the Forum events as listeners:
  • Conference;
  • awarding ceremony;
  • master-classes;
  • round tables;
  • presentations;
  • Start-Up Project Exhibition.
• VIP Conference Kit; 
• transfer from Moscow to the Forum and back.

Registration Fee is EUR 140.

Additional services (holiday hotel accommodation and meals, as well as participation in the gala reception) are payable by the participants individually at their discretion.

NB! Holiday hotel accommodation is EUR 126 - 317 per day (check-out time is 18.00).
Breakfast - EUR 12, lunch - EUR 21, dinner - EUR 23, gala reception - EUR 46.

• The room rate includes the use of: swimming pool (07:00 - 14:00), fitness center, cable TV, emergency medical service, physiotherapy, library, local telephone communication.
